Slow Run
July is catching up with me. I was worn out from before I rolled out of bed! I did run, even though I wasn't feeling it! But I'm glad I did it. It was a beautiful day. So good to be out and about, that's for sure.
I had a delicious massage tonight and I bet I'll sleep like...well, I don't know. The saying is 'like a baby' but I never understand that as they pee all over themselves and that's not something to which I particularly aspire. But I bet I'll sleep well.

Looks like this summer is just lost to me as far as running, etc., goes.

Yeah, very sad and frustrating what is happening to you this summer. I'm sure you will be 100% fine the very first day it is 20 degrees out. That's the way it goes! I suppose life less about the things that happen to us and more about how we respond to the things that happen to us.
May I suggest developing smoothing expertise? As I pastime, I mean.
You mean as in making smoothies? I don't think so. I like Diet Coke.
