Another filing month down. Yay!
I only did half of my menu today and that was the 5 mile run this morning. I was going to do hills at lunch but I had a stomach ache. Yes! Me! Crazy. So I took it easy.
I did do some ab stuff after my run this am, though. Plank things.

Yeah, another month gone. Wasted as far as my running is concerned. Didn't sleep well again last night, left heel is sore this morning, and (can you believe this?) my right groin is a little tender. So, no run today. I may just retire.
Don't retire. Go on sabbatical! Did PT give you any exercise ideas that you can do while you are healing (soooo hard not to type heeling!)? I was looking and it looks like swimming is something a lot of people do while recovering from this injury. And I also read that people do stairs.
And, no, I can't believe it. It's so not fair.
