"Day Off"

Yep, in quotes. Why? Because I did not sleep at all last night! Tossed and turned like mad. And I was up at 5:30 today! So I figured I could go to work super early (oh, no way!) or go to the gym. So I went to the gym. I only did 10 minutes of cardio. 5 walking on the treadmill at 15% and 5 on TSWTH. Then I did weights. Then I went home. I did run hills today. Nice day! We've had a couple hot days, but nothing too terrible. My running menu for tomorrow tells me I'll be having 5 miles with a side of hills. Delicious!

That doesn't sound like a day off to me. They call it cross training!

I ran the 2 miles again this morning. It wasn't quite 70 degrees but already humid. For now I'm just going to stick with 2 milers and see how it goes.

I hope it's OK that I'm applying yesterday's hills to today!

That's probably a good idea. Do you feel pain in your tendon after you have warmed up?

Yes, and it's very sad. How the hell long is thing going to go on?

Have you had your vitamin levels checked? I wonder if there is some kind of deficiency that is hampering repair.
