I started the new year today by running 4 miles on the TM! I need to start gearing up for the half marathon is just 2 months!! So, on Mondays and Saturdays I need to up the mileage a little. I only have time for 3 miles on workdays because I won't get up before 6 am. Also did all the exercises. Weight is back up 2 lbs again so need to get rid of it. But that's due to the snacking on nuts, cookies, and all that other stuff around here. Most of it's gone now though so that should lessen the temptation. Taking the tree down today so I better get at it.

It's good to get all that stuff out of the house. I know the feeling, for sure.
Great news on the longer run! I suppose I had better get working on that.
