Running
I clearly can't think of a pithy title for this post! To start, I'll tell you I woke up with my back feeling a lot better. It is not 100% yet, but it is better. It's funny, it didn't hurt at all, actually, until I had been up for an hour or so. Enough whining! Point is, it feels better!
I did run today, and I'm so glad. I really thought it was going to rain. Because my weather people told me so! I hope you are sitting - they were wrong! It didn't rain at all. I ran 6.37 (slooooow) miles today. My longest run in quite some time. And it was good. I had a fun time listening to music.
Tomorrow I'll do about 5 again. Actually, I suppose I should go to the gym some time. Maybe I'll do that.

I can't find your post on the butterfly situps, but I did look them up and they look hard! How is it going thus far?
Well, they're going ok. I'm doing 20 of those but not sure I'm doing them exactly as shown but good enough for me. Suppose to help the abs.
