Only half, because I wanted to run hills today and did not get out to do it. But I did run this morning, so I got half of my goal completed!
Today was an amazingly beautiful day. It was 50 when I left here to run (and it was supposed to be 77 today!). I had a very good run. You inspired me and I did 4 miles. I added on that one mile Fenton loop. And my pace was 10:04, which made me happy.
Then I did the 10 minutes abs pilates.
I had a healthy eating day. Thank goodness. I've been eating terribly.

Good morning. Your weather sounds perfect! Wish we had some of that. It is supposed to warm up here now though and get into the 40's by the weekend.
Send me the link to that pilates abs workout. I want to check it out.
I did my usual this morning but watched an episode of My Name Is Earl on my iPod while running. I didn't like it though. I didn't run in my normal gait I don't think because I was so worried about pulling the iPod off the little shelf on the TM. Plus I couldn't see it all that well without my glasses and I can't run with these glasses because they won't stay on my head. And the episode was only 21 minutes long without commercials. Nothing but problems! So I probably won't do that again but glad I tried it.
Yeah, it's been just wonderful!
My headphones have a really long cord, so I wasn't too worried about pulling it off. Although I did try to stay extra close! But sounds like watching and running is not gonna be your thing!
Here are the videos I use:

They are cut into 10 minute segment by body part, so it makes it easy. And quick.
Whoops! Not true! I don't do the yoga one. Here is the other pilates one I use:

Thanks. I just want to look at them and see if they might work for me.
