Nice and sunny here this morning and no wind at all.....but it was only 24 when I got up and only 28 when I was ready to run.....so 4 miles on the TM....again. Going into the 60's today and the rest of the week so maybe.....
Well, that is waaaay to cold! No question about it! Geesh! Glad your treadmill is hanging in there though.
I slept in today and it was great! And then it was way too hot for hills. So I'll be back at it tomorrow! Coffee is ready to auto-make and the alarm is set!
