Good GORGEOUS Morning!
Gorgeous! +36 when I was ready to run and absolutely no wind, sun is shining, so I did it outside! Ran around the 4 mile block and it was beautiful out there. Then did the push ups and sit ups when I got home. Day is off to a great start! Hope you have a good one, too. (+55 here now and goint to +68 they say!)

Wow! That is a beautiful spring day! You are brave to go out at 36 degrees, but I sure understand why you did it! I bet it felt delightful.
