Yep, I ran today! I didn't sleep in! Boy, two days of not running this week - I'm discombobulated. I don't even know what day it is, I feel so off schedule.
I did run today, but I didn't push it for speed. I feel like I went further then I should have - and intended. But I lost count of my loops. Anyway, yesterday was a big run for me so I meant to take it a little easier then I did. I will tomorrow for sure.
I did abs when I got home - oh, and pushups. And then I did hills at lunch. It was so beautiful out! I thought about you!
I will go home tonight and do my PT exercises. Stretches, basically.

What route are you running when you do those 8 and 10 mile runs?
Actually, the TM is working fine at the moment except for the little window display. The display works and does everything correctly but the light just flickers constantly. Plan to take it apart on Monday just to see if there's loose wire in there somewhere. I've also been researching TM's online so I'll be ready to order one if this one dies.
Ran again today and did the push ups and sit ups. Feel tired this morning so seemed more like work today but I did it anyway. I also walked 1.25 miles at the church yesterday before coming home and will do that today also. Supposed to be 43 here today so maybe I'll come home and walk up and road a ways.
Well, I'm just adding loops when I'm at the Kensington loop. Which is why I end up going too far - I lose count!
Sounds like a short, you're right. Hope that's all it is. Will you get the same brand again? This has been a good one! How old is it?
End of the week usually feels more like work to me, too. And you had a busy exercise day the day before!

No outside walking today. Way too windy and cold! Walked at church before coming home.
No, we won't buy the same brand treadmill. We will buy a good one when the time comes. I've been researching online and it's down to Sole, Smooth, or Nordic Track. Sole is my leading contender though for several reasons. But won't buy one until we have to.
We've only had this one 3 years. It's a Gold's Gym bought at WalMart. Not the best.
