And that's it! I'm already off my schedule. I really need to not skip lunch. But I did it again. And I'm doing it to myself. Nobody is pressuring me. Not only is it bad for me, it sets a bad example! I want people to go to lunch!
But I did run this morning and it was weird! The air was full of ghosts....in other words, it was VERY foggy! Kind of crazy because it didn't seem terribly foggy until I went out to run. So it was damp, low visibility, and smelled that fog smell. Very strange! But fun. I love Glee 5. It is my favorite!

It was foggy here yesterday, too. I'm working my way through Glee 3 starting today. Ran on the TM again. 3.14 miles. Wanted to go outside and might have done it if it hadn't been TOTALLY DARK! It was +37 so that's getting close to my threshold temperature of +40. One of these days...I've also been walking 1.25 miles every day after lunch. No hills in the church though!
