Well, I had an interesting day of exercise. I ran in the morning - which you know. But did I run 3.1 miles? Or something else? I if you know, please tell me! Cause i don't know!
Today was supposed to be my day off but I'm just so obsessed with my calibration (I can admit that I'm obsessed!) that I ran to see how it was doing. Then I did the pilates 10 minutes session.
And that's it! I'm really lucky I didn't get rained on. It was a near thing!

Go to runjog and find my san diego flat 5k route. It starts at your car, goes to Monroe, up Monroe to the freeway, over to Madison, back down Madison to your street and back to your place. Those are all straight lines and that site says it is 1.5 miles on the nose. Back track the same route and you would have 3.01 I think it says. Pretty close.
I ran 4 miles this morning but had something happen that was a first. I had a spasm in my back - twice. About 5 or 6 minutes apart. Never had that before. I kept running and ran through them but I can feel a little knot back there even now. Have no clue where they came from.
Checked my heart rate this morning and it hit a high of 170!! Way over the target for my age of 145. But it kept beating so I kept running.
Looking forward to a day off tomorrow.
Thanks! I'll do that. I went to Miramar yesterday and it is supposed to be 4.92 miles. First pass - 4.93 miles! What do you know!! Second pass.....5! I know it isn't much but I also know you totally understand!
Well, I have been thinking about your back. First I was going to give you the standard 'eat kiwi for potassium' advice and then I started wondering if you strained it shoveling. How did you feel today?
