Jelly

That's me. I'm jelly. And I can't believe it. I did a class at the gym tonight called "Tone and Sculpt". Only 30 minutes. Easy....right? NO WAY! So hard. Wow. I actually thought it was a core class but I guess I read the schedule wrong. Or they changed it. Probably that! Blame them. Anyway, this was about isolating muscles and I can tell you that I am going to be sore. 30 minutes sound short but it was about 10 minutes too long!

So.....I'll be doing that again on Thursday!

And I ran this morning. I can't remember - maybe 5 miles or so. I had a work thing that I needed to do strike me so I came home and did it.

Did you ever find out why you're not supposed to calibrate the Nike+ on a treadmill? I recalibrated mine and it has totally jacked my mileage and my pace.

XO!

That class sounds tough! And you are in shape to begin with so imagine a newbie walking in there! Ouch. And you're going to do it again? Brave girl!

I just read somewhere on the nike+ website that you shouldn't calibrate them to a TM. Will have to look it up again. Mine is calibrated that way now though because I haven't been outside! One day soon I hope to be out there.

Ran a 5K on the TM this morning and listened to Glee 2. Loved it! Lots of old songs with a new version. Very fun to hear.

Have a good day!

I'm glad you like Glee2! Honestly, I like some albums more then others. I have a lot of different playlists where I've just pulled off the songs I love.

I'm sore today! Not 'call into work' sore. But sore all the same. Crazy, actually. Just goes to show that there is always room to grow.

OK, here is something I pulled off a blog related to calibrating on a treadmill. Makes sense....especially the last part!:

…don’t calibrate on a treadmill. Treadmills force you to run at their own pace, using an unnatural stride. The minute you take to the streets, your calibration will be all wrong. Also, treadmills are dangerous, especially if you are an idiot.

Thankfully, we aren't idiots! Funny!
But I remember reading something similar on the nike+ website.
