Yep, it rained again! But not too much and, actually, I could have run this morning. But it was soooo cold and I woke up with that headache still and I just didn't feel like it. So I did something different! I went to Netflix and found 2 streaming exercise videos to try!
First I did a 30 minute "boot camp". Lots of marching and kicks and such. Then I found one that has 10 minute pilates segments and I did the hips/buns one. I was hot and sweaty when I was done and I can feel it this afternoon. So I'll do that again. It was fun!
And I did run hills at lunch. Blue sky but cold. Still, it was nice to get out.

Guess I've never considered going to netflix for that but suppose they have anything you want. Sounds like it was a good workout.
Snow day here. I was up at 6 but went back to bed until 7:15. Didn't really sleep again but against my principles to get up at 6 on a snow day.
Ran on the TM and went fine. Also did the exercises. Will get more exercise later by shoveling. Come on over for a good time!
It was a good one - I am really feeling it today. Not in a bad way, though.
Good for you! It is the principal of the thing! Snow day = sleeping in. Or at least laying in bed late.
Wet heavy snow? Hopefully you didn't end up getting TOO MUCH exercise today!
