Happy Monday to you! Today I had a day off, even though I should have gone to the gym. Alas, I had no desire to go to the gym. I really need to encourage myself to start going more.
But I did run yesterday and it was a long run. I went up to Lake Miramar and ran it twice, so that is approximately 10 miles. It was a great run, probably because I listened to Glee the entire time! And, although it had been raining (wet ground!), I timed it well. Not a lot of people and the blue sky came out. I like going there. I have not been since I was training last year!
Tomorrow we are having a Dip Off at work. I am bringing a fruit dip. Small nod to health with the fruit! The dip itself is totally delicious and totally unhealthy!
I'm hovering around 130.2. That 125 is an illusive dream!

Lake Miramar? Do you run around a lake? Trail or paved? Maybe we could go there one morning.

And I'm hovering around 173 and can't get down to 170 no matter what. Well, I'm not starving myself either but I'd like to be at 170. However, last night I made 7 dozen chocolate chip cookies so that won't help me this week!
Yes, let's go for sure! It is paved. And it is actually one of our water reservoirs. It is great because they have bathrooms there. And, yep, it is paved. Tons of parking, too.

7 dozen!! Are you feeding an army? Or bringing some to SD??? But I sure know about hovering. Frustrating!
