Who? In-N-Out! Why? Cause they have posted their calories! Geesh! I mean, I KNOW. Deep down inside, I know. But come on.
Anyway, back to healthyness! I did a truncated run this morning. Ang and I were blabbing and I hit the road a bit late. So I did my 3.1 (or was it 2.94???) run. Cold (well, San Diego cold) but dry. Then I did another 10 minute pilates segment from Netflix.
And I did run hills at lunch. 5 times.
Better start warming up!!!

You'll just have to skip the In-N-Outs from now on! We're not seeing much of that here. McDonalds I think has it posted on a wall and so do DQ's. And subway because they're bragging. That's all though I think.
I did the run the morning and the exercises. I'm feeling tired though so hard to get energized. But I got through it. +13 here this morning!
Well......that's one solution! I was surprised when I saw it. I suppose I don't eat at fast food places enough to be up to date.
Being rested makes all the difference in the word. I know it!
