Good Morning

I will have to have at least one cup of coffee that morning, too. No way can I get up and going without that! And I will take drinks at every stop, too, I'm sure. Don't know anything about honey stingers or gu or any of that stuff so will have to get educated.

I want to go to Road Runner Sports one day next week. I have a gift card to spend! I looked up Lake Miramar, too, and that sounds like fun so let's do that, too.

Had a charlie horse during the night and right leg felt sore this morning but loosened up when I did my exercises and the run was fine. Wonder what causes those things? I get them during the night out of the blue. Hurt like hell. Off to work.

Oh, those are terrible! I've never had one surprise me in the middle of the night though. I did have one a few months ago while I was sitting on my couch. I pushed the foot rest down and BAM - charlie horse!

"They" say it is potassium related. So maybe you need to up your intake. Kiwi is a great source of potassium. I also know that some people take quinine for their nighttime ones. And you can find those pills but you really have to look. Just be careful because they were pulled due to heart problems, I think. I don't quite remember but some reason like that.

Kiwi is probably safest!

We'll go to Miramar and to RR Sports for sure! That will be really fun!

I don't think I'm short of potassium or anything else. Take a "mature" multi vitamin every day and eat a banana almost every morning. It's rare that I get a charlie horse but it's almost always during the night with me. Terrible way to wake up!
