Good Morning

Up and at it. Ran on the TM again (no records today but a full 5K) and did the push ups and sit ups. Will talk 1.25 miles after lunch and then go to Wild River Fitness before coming home. Gotta ramp it up here before June 18th!

Oh, you're ramping! I suppose I ought to get a training plan in place. I have not yet.

Is the gym making you feel stronger at all? Can you tell a difference?

About the gym...I don't know. Not really I don't think although when I first started these lunges really made my legs sore. But now not at all so I guess that's progress. I feel them while I'm doing them but I'm not sore later like I was. So I don't know. A month isn't that long really.

I know what you mean about lunges - and I feel the same way about squats. It doesn't take long to get acclimated to them.
