That's how I felt on my run today. I'm tired! Like you were saying, I need to plan a day off. Here is what I am thinking:
F = off (full rest)
S = long run
Su = gym (no run)
That way I can run big on Saturday and feel good doing it.
The good part of my run is that it was cool but nice out.
I'm taking tomorrow off!
