Well, had a couple of off days but I recouped STRONG! I did snooze this morning, but I was still up by 5:08. Acceptable. And then I was running by 6:30. Seriously, the hardest part of running is getting off my couch. But I wanted to do a long run so I needed to get out of here early enough. As it was I didn't get back until after 8. So I guess 10 miles will be my max when I'm running before work. Because I'm NOT getting up earlier and I'm not cutting down my coffee drinking time!
My pace was really great today, too. My entire run was sub-10 minute miles. But I checked my pace a couple of times and I was running FAST!
Then I did nothing when I got home. Really have to get back to abs and strength. If not post run, then at night.
Oh, I did do something else! I did all of my physical therapy exercises. I will do them every single night. I'm no slacker! I'm like my dad - committed and dedicated!

I ran on the TM. 3.15 miles. More than 10 minutes each! Also did my exercises. All went fine today.

Thanks!! It felt really good! And I have been thinking a lot about how far I've come and how much I've changed. It makes me proud of myself. I bet you know that feeling!
