Well, we had a wonderful run today. But hard. I was really happy to have a running partner!
Really beautiful day today. A bit cool, but that's OK. I feel like it is always a little cooler when I go over the bridge.
I'm glad we could do this today! And then our walk....I'm tired!!

That's great! I'm so glad you did it. How are your lungs feeling? It is hard running with a cold - the burning takes the fun out of it!
