29:39 today! I didn't think I would be under thirty minutes, so I was happy and surprised when I made my time!
I was running late this morning, so no bands. Tomorrow though. I did run hills at lunch - 7 rounds! Guess I'm getting back up to speed. I'm not doing the mountain run on Saturday though. I'm just not in that kind of shape! Next time!
Beautiful morning and day. And the time change gave me a great opportunity to see the giant rising orange sun.

I did the treadmill again this morning and it worked fine. And I did fine, too! Not quite up to speed yet but it's coming. One month from today Angie and I are running that 5K in Osceola. Hope I'm ready for it.

I'm so glad the treadmill is consistently functioning. A relief. I bet you guys will start getting more spring rain soon.
