Outside! About 4:00 today I looked at the thermometer on the deck and it read "70" in the sun so I put on a t shirt and ran outside! Only did 2 miles and they were slow (20.36) but I did it and did it outside! About the time the treadmill is fixed I'll be running outside every day.

I bet it felt great to be outside AND running! Your time is amazing for someone who has been forced to sit out for a bit.
