I had another really slow run today. Over 30 minutes again. Funny, with about 3/4 of a mile left I just really felt all blown out. Like I had nothing left to give. I often get bored, but it is rare that I feel like I've got no energy left! So....I think it is the hills and my muscles are just tired. But I also have not had any meat for a few days so maybe I need to do some nutrition work!
I did pushpus and abs when I got back. And I stretched that darn hip muscle!
And I did run hills at lunch! Only 5 though. I'll go back to 7 next week.
