Well, I've spent all the live long day gimping around! Those hills yesterday really did a number on me. I can tell I'm out of practice. I actually feel bruised.
Naturally, that did not keep me from running! I had a slow run today - more then a minute over yesterday's time. But I did it and that is what counts.
I also ran hills today. I really have to keep at it and not slack off again. I really don't think there is any way I'll be prepared to run up a mountain in a week!

That's too bad! That's quite a hill though so maybe don't do it so many times after you've been laying off for a while.
I just finished my church walking. Going to head home now pretty soon. You ask about my heart rate doing this walking and it goes up but nowhere near what it is when running. I haven't brought the thing with me to find out. But I know it's not where it should be. Hopefully I can be back to running soon.
I know what you mean about the heart rate just not being the same. I'm anxious for Monday - so I can just imagine how you feel!
Have you been doing pushups/situps when you workout at the church?
