What? Did you take the whole weekend off?
I did the run on the treadmill this morning at 5.8 mph so working back up to 6.0. That's my goal by the end of this week. Next week my goal is to be doing it outside. I hope. I took Peter, Paul, and Mary with me this morning. Was in more of a quiet mood today I guess. It was good. Also did push ups and sit ups.

Yep, I did! I am just not doing well. Not physically, just kind of depressed or feeling down, I guess. I had zero motivation. I wish I had a running partner here, DAD!!
And, I did something today that I have not done....well, ever. Since I've started getting up at 5. I just reset my alarm till 7. Didn't even care. I snooze sometimes but I sure don't remember doing this.
You are doing great! I'm impressed. Like we both have said, we lose it fast, but it seems to come back quickly too!
I sure hope you can run outside soon. Yay spring!
