All right smarty pants! Did you use up all the heat when you were here? Or did you pack it up in your suitcase and take it home with you! Cause it was DARN cold today! I had to wear a running coat. Never really did warm up today.
I had a great - but lonely - run this morning. Well, not "great". A utility run, I guess. Nothing too special but a good time and I got it done. Time was 29:21.
Did my first pushups on my brand spanking new carpet! I love it SO MUCH!!! Gave me extra pushup bounce! I am not sure how many total I did. I just did a bunch of sets. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow!
And I ran hills today. I'm sure feeling that tonight! Ouch. Got spit on a tad by Mother Nature while I was out there.
GREAT disappointment at the scale today. I just need to start taking this seriously again. Well, exercise I take seriously. But I was letting my food run the show. Not today though!

There's not any warm weather here either! Although they said it was 40 something here today. But it rained all day so who knew?
I had to make a hospital call at Regions in St. Paul this afternoon but when I got back to the church I did the walking thing again. 16 trips, 30 minutes. Felt good.
And tonight I talked to the guy! He's coming on Monday night at 9 pm - earliest available time - to look it over. It won't be fixed then but this is progress.
Whoa! 9 PM? I hope you wear your pajamas and a night cap! And I hope you take a picture!
I'm sure glad you thought of making a track a the church. That is a really good idea. Wonder what your heart rate is?
Well, brrrr for you too! It was really cold again this morning but warm and sunny when I ran hills.
