Better late then never!

I had such a slow start today! I didn't even get out of bed until 5:25. Note that I didn't sleep until then. My snooze kept going off every five minutes! I should have just gotten up!

It was 7:10 by the time I hit the road this morning, but I was not going to let anything stop me. I had a good run with a time of 29:28.

I did run hills today at lunch. And I ran them yesterday at lunch too. It felt so good today. One of those days where it just felt good to pack my brain away.

Did I tell you I splurged and bought a 2004 Downhere CD? Well, I did! And I ran with it today and it was great. I can't wait to finish it tomorrow! I'm make you one!

Thanks for being here for me. I love you.

Hope your foot is better!

PS - the health care bill has me rethinking my Facebook membership!

Why would the health care bill have you rethinking Facebook? Guess I better check in over there.

I'm taking the day off. Right foot had me limping all day yesterday and still not right this morning. Seems to be in the arch of the foot. Wonder what happened. I was going to go for a bike ride instead this morning but it was only 25 out there so decided against that. Hope this doesn't last too long.

Downhere? Not familiar.

I love you, too. Hope you have a better day.

Oh, the Facebookers are full of opinions! And you know what they say about opinions! Mostly they are opinions that I do not want to read......

I'm glad, but sorry, you are taking a day off. Maybe a trip to Ann (or was it Amy?) is in your future! I sure do hope you feel better too. You do not need an injury.

Do you remember that Christmas album Amy and Paul brought that had the song "How Many Kings"? It is that band. I heart them greatly!

Just finished writing in my journal - all about getting my attitude together. I'm doing some things I really don't like. I've just gotta be responsible for myself and let my job be my job.

Yes, it's only a job. Not your life. Do what you have to do and go home.

Yes, I remember that song and I liked it. I'll have to look them up on itunes and check them out.

I know. I'm just not very good at doing that - I'm practicing though!

I put a CD in the mail for you. It is the album Wide Eyed and Mystified. So don't buy that one!
