Well, I did not get up and run today! Anne and I were going to make cupcakes today but it was just so amazingly beautiful that we went to Coronado instead! And, apparently, so did the rest of San Diego! But for all the crowds, it was really a beautiful walk. We walked a little over 3 miles, and I know I'll be feeling the sand walking tomorrow!

Ah, the beach at Coronado! Just a fond memory to me!
I did the full 30 minutes at 6.0 mph this morning so got a full 3 miles in. Took our old friend Barry with me. Shoes feel fine but there is something not right with my right foot. Wonder what it is. Not hurting nearly as bad as the other day but I can still feel it there. So, we'll see what the week brings.
