But not sweet! I'm all full of crank. Just got home from work. I was not working the entire time, though. I had a giant paper to write. But I kept getting support calls! So I just stayed. Worked on homework. Worked on work.
So, basic rundown for you. I ran this morning - 29:30. Abs when I got home. Then hills at lunch. Healthy eating day too.

You had a long day! I'd be cranky, too. Hope tomorrow goes better.
I did the 30 minute run on the treadmill again today and it went fine. Then the exercises which don't seem to be getting easier so I don't understand that. I think they should be getting easier.
