Whoo Boy!

I'm worn out! Just about to tuck myself into bed here.

I really slept well last night - well but not enough! Boy, whoever invented alarms....I otta!

Good run this AM - 29:34. Did these ab exercises I've been doing again. About 10 minutes worth of stuff.

Then I did hills at lunch!

Healthy eating today. And I'm trying to do better at watching when I eat. Sometimes I go too long and I get REALLY cranky and then I also make really bad food decisions! My brain may also cease to function.....

Good morning. Well, it was good until I stepped on the scale. Up 1.2 lbs since yesterday! How can that be? I know - too much snacking in the evenings. Really ticks me off though. Don't feel like I'm snacking that much.

I ran 21 minutes this morning and walked for 9. Planned on 20 but wanted to finish a song! That Abba just keeps you moving! Leg feels fine.

Have a light day coming up and glad for it. Hope you have a good one.

Here is what is weird - I feel like one cheeseburger will pop me up 1.2 lbs one week and the next week - nada! I don't get it. And I love snacking. Totally not fair.

Were your snacks salty? Maybe it is just water retention.

GREAT RUNNING!!!! That's fantastic! And I know what you mean about Abba! Sometimes I'm just having so much fun listening to a song that I can't stop!
