Good Morning

Up and at it here although we did sleep until 7:30 or so! Felt good. Boys woke us up. Not on purpose but their little voices. You know. Anyway, did the aerobic rider and walking, pushups an situps. Now Paul is making a big bacon and egg breakfast so will undo all my hard work! Oh, well, we gotta live, too, right?

Have we told you we are getting a free month at Anytime Fitness? They're having a biggest loser (they spelled it "looser" on the million flyers they had printed up!) contest and if you sign up for that you get a free month. Neither of us wants to be the biggest loser but we're going to try it out. Starts Monday but we already have our keys to the place. This is where Mike and Angie go. Not sure how I will work it into my day because I don't want to go over there first thing in the morning and am not going to give up my morning routine here at home. But will give it a try. Don't think we'll be joining, however, because our insurance won't pay for any of it and it's about $60 a month. But we'll see. I'm thinking maybe I would stop there on my way home on Tuesday and Thursday and then go over sometime on Saturday.

Have a good day.

Hahaha!!! That is soooo funny! And, at the same time, so sad! Think of all the hands that passed through without noticing. Although, I know we tend to see what we want to see.

Sounds like a fun challenge anyway. You don't have anything left to lose! Do you plan on doing mainly weight there? You can bulk up - next summer we can have a Mr. Universe contest rather then a 5K! Anyway, it will be a cool thing to try out, if only for a month.

Is the 60 bucks for both of you? Or is it 60 bucks each? If so, yikes!

They say that into every life a little rain must fall. And I think that can be extended to mean that into every lift a little bacon must fall!

Hope you had great times with your peeps!

Oh, whoops! I meant to say that I did run and do pushups on Friday. I can't believe it, but I got up at 5. My run was 30:02. And then I did a million pushups.

I was sooo tired last night. And today, actually. I went to bed last night at 9:30 and I slept. And I didn't get up this am till 9:15!! I still can't believe it.

I ran today, but it was really slow. I feel fine, but so worn! Tomorrow will be better I imagine.
