And good news! I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes this morning and walked for another 10 and it felt fine and seems ok now. Did all the warm up exercises before I started and sitting on ice now just as a precaution but so far, so good. Plan to alternate that routine now every other day with the aerobic rider and walking for a couple weeks and see how it goes. Have a good day!

I had a great run today - 29:39. Did my pushups today too.
I have been eating sooo much junk. Back on track tomorrow!
I've been snacking too much, too! Sitting around home in the evenings is the worst. You did have a great run and time!
