Ok, we're back on track! Still blowing my nose constantly but feeling much better than I was last week. So, here's the routine for this week: 12 minutes of warm-up PT exercises, 10 minutes on the aerobic rider, 20 minutes walking, 15 pushups, 15 situps, 15 pushups, and 15 situps. At least that's what I did this morning! And, you know, I could feel it in my right hamstring! So, then I sat on ice while having breakfast. But I am going to do this all week and see how it goes. It felt good to be able to do this after being so sick.

I am so impressed! That it a lot of working out for a sicko/recovery guy! Was it hard? I mean, did the pushups feel more difficult?

Leg was fine all day. Just feel a little pinch there while working out but not really bothering me. Same thing today. And, yes, it is hard to get back into it after taking a whole week off!
