Good morning. Got outside this morning for my run even though it was only 44 when I left the house. No rain though and no wind so it was fine. Did the 3 miles but still walking .2 in the middle. Guess that's the best I can do. Get to 2 miles and just hit the wall. Time was 31.33 so that's still pretty good I think. Have a good day.

I think that time is great. Do you eat before you run? I'm just wondering about energy level.
Also, I do have a time goal - that I have yet to reach!!!! - but my main goal is distance. Sometimes my time is sooooo long I am embarrassed to post! So maybe you can slow down the pace in order to increase the distance.
