I forgot but I had a good run yesterday. 31:31 - cute!
I also ran hills at lunch.
I had a good eating day. Even though I ate dinner out. First, I just think of all the calories I save now that I don't drink. Amazing. And I had delicious dinner, but healthy. Clams. Steamed, not simmered in a wine sauce. I will admit, I almost had a snacking breakdown when I got home, but I decided not to give in.
My goal right now is to keep up my exercise even with my school. I have a lot of things that can "give" to make time - like mucking around on the internet!! - but not running. That is too important to my mental and physical health.
