30:22

I am so tired I could go to bed right now! Crazy.

I got up even before my alarm went off this morning, which I love. And, even better, I came out to start my coffee (yep, even beat the coffee timer!) and there was a humming bird sitting on my feeder! First time for that to happen. I got the feeder a couple of weeks ago. It is just a little suction guy on my kitchen window. I know it has been visited....I just haven't witnessed it yet!

So, I ran this AM. Of course. Good run and a good time. Then I ran at lunch today. Hills. That went really well. I feel like I'm getting a lot stronger at hills. That didn't make me run MORE, mind you!

I wore some different jeans today and I just though all day how great it was to be able to wear different things but also to feel good about myself. I'm really taking care of myself and doing healthy things for me. Feels good!

You are taking care of yourself and that's just great! All of you girls have really started to do so and we're very proud of you all.

I listened to Mama Mia soundtrack this morning. And a terrible thing happened! I got so involved in the music I missed my 1.5 mile marker!!! Went right past it about a tenth and realized my mistake. Turned immediately to head home. Hate it when that happens!

Have a good day.

Ha! I know that feeling. Bitter sweet I guess!

I took a day off today - which means I need to run tomorrow and Sunday! I got up at 6 AM (the usual time) but I really needed to work on buying my books. So I did! One class is coming from Amazon and the other from Half.com. Amazing price difference between those online stores and the campus book store.

On Monday I am going to be a for real student again!!!

That's so exciting about you being a student again! It's Saturday now and I'm taking a day off today. Only 42 and windy and the truth is I just don't feel like going out in it. Angie is doing the SCF 5K this morning and I kind of wish I had registered to do it with her but not now when I see how cool it is out there. If my treadmill was fixed I would do that but, alas, it isn't. So a day off can be good for the soul. Right?
