Good Morning

A beautiful morning! About 50 when I left the house. NO wind!!! Perfect. Ran my 2 miles in 19:15. Record time for me. I will start to lengthen my distance on Monday. If I can add a quarter mile a week I will be at 3 miles by race day. Weight is holding steady at 6 lbs below my goal weight so feeling pretty good about that. Have a good day. A word of advice: avoid skunks!

That is really exciting about your run time! I love it when I hit a milestone! I'm going to be eating your dust sir!

That's a good idea about adding a bit of distance at a time. I bet it will help a lot.
