Well, I did it again. Ran the whole 2 miles so that's 4 days this week. I think I'll be glad for a break on Sunday though. Did it in 20.48 this morning. I look at the watch when I turn the corner at the one mile mark and then again when I'm done so not clock watching. But doing pretty good. Was cold when I started this morning but, of course, warmed up along the way.
Have fun in the desert today. I'm going out to plant potatoes and peas in a bit here. Sunny and 57 out there and going all the way up to 65 today! Heat wave.

Good for you! I have a couple points on my run where I do a time check, too. But I also don't want to get in too much of a habit of constantly checking my watch.
