Good Morning

Ran outside this morning on my old route. Really seemed like work today though. Wow. I still can't run the whole 3 miles. Walked about 4/10's after 2 miles this morning. Then ran the rest of the way home. And I haven't done my pushups and situps for 10 days and that was really hard this morning. How quickly you lose it if you don't use it! But my weight is still down so that's the good news this morning. Have a good day.

That is a good thing! You are still keeping on track. It would be frustrating if you had to work on getting your muscles back to pre-trip shape AND lose weight!

Yeah, sometimes it does just seem really hard doesn't it? And even if we don't run the entire route, who cares! The 5K is really just a conduit for the t-shirt! I told Amy I was thinking of printing "Fitnatics First Annual T-shirt Printing!!"
