Woo boy!

I had a great run this morning! My 1 mile time was great - so was my 1.5, and so it went. I ran though a groin muscle cramp and a self induced diaphragm spasm. Self induced cause I'm a spaz! I kid! I was not paying attention to my breathing during a couple of close hills and I think that did it.

How long was my run? Well sir, it was 32:5somesuch. But how about the distance? I don't know!! I was doing my final push and I realized I was waaaay past my stop block! Like blocks past! Talk about zoning out!

Did some lunges and squats upon my (belated) return home. Then The Plank.

I also ran some hills at lunch. 7 I think. Again, zoned out so I lost count.

Good morning Runner Girl! That's cool that someone knows you like that! Makes you want to keep doing it, doesn't it? I get zoned out sometimes, too, and lose track of my song count so end up going over 30 minutes! Hate it when that happens! LOL

It didn't happen today though. I only jogged 18 minutes this morning. Thought I was at 20 but guess not. Tomorrow I will sleep in and hopefully it will be warm enough when I'm ready to go so that I can do it outside. That's what I'm planning on.

How do you run hills? I don't think I could do that. And not 7 times for sure. I am duly impressed.

Thanks! That was really neat, yeah. I remember once Bart and I were over at a bar in the neighborhood (obviously more then a year ago!! ;) and a girl there got in a fight with a guy she was with and he poured an entire beer on her head. And she will always be "THAT girl" in my mind. Forever. So much better to be "Runner Girl"!

Yeah, I do like zoning out! Makes me think "did I even do it??" That's exactly why I had to do an extra hill yesterday! Just to make sure.

I know you did some walking this afternoon. Glad you didn't freeze!

Thanks for being impressed! My heart tells me how UNimpressed it is at the top of each hill!
