I've got all kinds of catching up to do!
Friday I had a really great run at the beach. It was an enjoyable morning, all the way around! I relaxed and took my time drinking coffee. Then headed over to Coronado and ran on the beach for about 32 minutes.
Saturday we had an excellent bike ride!
Sunday - I exercised my stomach by eating a lot!
I had such a great trip - as you know! But I am sad to report that I had dismal results when I stepped on the scale this morning. It was pretty disheartening.
But I'm back on track. I ran this morning - 33:23 was my time. A bit longer but that's OK. I really kind of felt uncomfortable once I got on the road. I felt like I had just finished a gigantic meal. But I powered through it!
Did pushups upon my return. This week I am doing 5 sets of 5. Working on it! I did crunches, too. Did some hills at lunch. Then Bart and I went for a walk after work.
Lots of exercise today! Which is good. And it all felt good and was enjoyable.

Good morning. What did you do? Eat butter all weekend? How could your weight be terrifying with all that exercise you did? One of the mysteries of life. Happens to me, too. I think I'm doing fine and get on the scale and am up 2 lbs since the day before. Makes no sense. Not today though for me. That's good because we have a birthday dinner coming up tonight and I intend to eat! I've got a roast, potatoes, carrots, and onions in the crock pot.
18 minutes and 9 seconds of jogging today.

Well, I did eat a lot f cheese! Really irritating though. Oh well. The only thing to do is get back to it!
Great news on the jogging! Can you tell a difference? I mean does it seem easier or like you can breath easier?
Mom reports that she had an AMAZING birthday dinner! Yay you! You are the best.
