Good Morning

I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better. Jogged inside again this morning. Only 30 when I was ready to go. Going to be 60 this afternoon they say though so hope they are right. And then getting warmer over the next few days. We have a long way to go to hit 98 however. :)

Jogged for 24.40 this morning and took our friend, Barry, with me. Overall, I'm doing 2.5 miles now with 2 of them jogging. But, again, that's inside on a level surface. Hope to get back outside tomorrow and see what I can do. Just getting up to the mailbox makes me feel it in my legs. But I'll keep working at it.

In regards to my weight, I started down this road at 216! I can hardly believe it until I look at pictures of myself then. My goal was 175 and I got there more than a year ago now. All winter now I have been bouncing between 170 and 173. Up and down. Down and up. Well, for the last few days (since Saturday) I have been below 170! Must be the running. This morning I was at 169. So, besides your challenge, this is incentive, too.

Gotta get to work.

AMAZING!!! That is incredible. Even more amazing is that you have kept it off. So may people quit with they reach goal. In fact, I am trying to put tools in place to make sure I don't do that. It is so easy to say "welp, fixed now!" and stop.

How much better do you feel now?

Ah....someday I'll maintain below my goal. That is my goal! ;)

Great job on the jogging. Yeah, I think that being outside adds a bit of different challenge. But you can slack on your pace, too, so there are benefits to both!
