Friday I had a really good lunch time hill run. Five up (obviously five down!)! Saturday I slacked. I just had a lot of house work stuff to accomplish. Today I spent three hours gardening! I know it is not going for a run, but it's work! A lot of weeding, hoeing, shoveling and such.
Last week I really struggled. After the groin incident on Monday, I really did not even try to run in the morning. I'm going to really make an effort this week.
Well, WCPE is playing Beethoven's 9th in its entirety right now. Pretty exciting so I am off to listen to that!

Yes, gardening is work. And it counts. At least in my book! I wish we had a "green" room in this house. One with lots of windows. If we did, I would grow a little indoor garden all winter. Maybe in the next house. Ha!
Been for my walk this morning. Now getting ready to go into the Sem for the rest of the day and evening. School thing. Won't be home until 10 tonight! Ugh.
That would be really fun. Hm....your next house is a long way down the line! Maybe you could get a greenhouse of some kind. That would actually be fun in the middle of winter to bundle up and trudge through the snow to your glass house full of pineapples!
I hope you have recuperated from your long day yesterday. That's really tough. I hate getting home that late. Hope it was a good class anyway!
