Bollywood = Ouch

Last night was my first Bollywood class and am so sore! I can't believe it. I actually don't think it was the dancing itself. She made us do lunges and squats before we began. Note to self: you are weak! Start doing lunges and squats!

I got up this morning and ran although I am tired! I am pretty excited for bed tonight. My run was funny (as in weird - not "ha ha" funny). It is so dry that I did not sweat. At all. In fact, my hair was barely damp. And you are also blessed with loads of hair on your noggin, so I think you know what I mean! My hair just gets really sweaty. Not today. I thought I would get back and find that I took a 1 hour/3 mile run. But nope. Normal time!

I did not exercise at lunch. It was pretty hot but more then that - I'm sore!

Tonight I just came home and I have been having a calm and quiet night. I should empty the dishwasher. I should clean the kitchen. I should clean up my floors. But what I AM doing is relaxing!!

Mom was trying to explain bollywood to me but I still don't know what it is. Apparently, I don't want to do it though!

I walked my 2 miles inside again today. Didn't walk yesterday and missed it.

Funny how we lament walking on the days we do it and lament walking on the days we don't! I do the exact same thing.

I'll find a Bollywood video and email it to you. Yeah, you probably don't!
