Well, I just don't know what happened to me last week. I just was in some kind of funk. I had no desire to exercise (or eat right!) and as the week went on I just became more crabby!
I got up this morning, and drank coffee and then went for a run! Yay. I'm glad because I feel like I'm back on track. Then this afternoon I did the five hills jog again. It does not take that long, but it is tough!

Glad you are back on track. I find that if I take even one day off it is twice as hard to get up and getting going the next day. So, I just keep at it even when I don't feel like it. Like this morning!
Did it though and took the Beatles with me this morning. Inside again. Raining again this morning. Think I work harder on the treadmill. Consistent speed for one thing. Walk at 3.8 mph for about 15 minutes, then jog at 5 mph for 5-6 minutes, then finish up the 30 minutes at 4 mph. That's my routine. I am able to jog a little longer all the time so guess that means I'm making progress.
