I meant to post this yesterday and then shut down my computer and forgot!
I had a busy exercise day yesterday. I ran 3 miles and I lifted weights. I did weights here at home. Takes a lot less time. I might start doing that more, although I do like going to the gym. Maybe it's a phase and I'll go back to the gym soon.
Good run, 11 minute miles. My feet hurt. Not so much when I'm running, but when I get up in the morning. It's not new, so I guess I do need the insoles in my shoes. Sigh!
