Short Sunday Run

I had the time, felt much better than I have the last two days, and decided I better do something.  However, it was only 33 degrees outside so I opted for a short 2 miler on the TM.  Leg was better after the first half mile as usual lately.  Also did my pushups and situps which I have been neglecting.  Like you yesterday, I'm glad I did something.  Now off to church.
