Another Hot Run!

I waited too long again today! But I did get 3 miles in. Although I was not into it and it took a long time. I felt very sluggish. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

I don't either! Or so I keep saying. I sure seem to do it a lot for as much as I say I don't like it.
