What, you ask? Well, I ran before it was burning hot out! I left here around 6:50 am, so good timing. It was already getting a little bit warm. Great time today. I think it was 10.26/mile. I feel like my days of 10 minute miles are history! Oh well. I'm OK with that. Mostly because I've got to be!
