Oh my! It's unbelievable in this flat supposedly "dry" country! I ran north again today and I did my best to keep moving because when I walked even for a minute they found me and stole my blood! We can't be outside in the evening at all right now. Anyway, I did my run but am so out of shape after not running for a week. Amazing how much you lose when you're not consistent with it. Also started pushups and situps again with 25 each.

Seriously, how miserable. But I guess it is good motivation to keep a move on! You'll probably be lightheaded if you do stop for any amount of time!
Yeah, I had the same experience when I went back to the gym today. Lots of burn!
